At Thooriga, we ensure that your orders are processed efficiently and delivered to you in a timely manner.
- We ship across India at a nominal shipping charge, calculated during checkout.
- All orders will be processed within 2 business days from the date of order placement.
- Our courier partners deliver between Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 7 pm, excluding public holidays and Sundays.
(Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier delays, weather conditions, or strikes which are beyond our control). - All orders are packed in secure, tamper-proof packaging to ensure safe delivery.
If you find the package tampered with, please do not accept delivery. - Opening video is compulsory for any claims related to damage, defects, or exchanges. The opening video must be shared within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- All products ordered in one cart will be shipped to one shipping address. If you want products delivered to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
- Octroi or Entry Tax, if applicable in your delivery location as per local laws, will be borne by the customer.
- We use trusted courier partners (e.g. DTDC) to ensure timely and safe delivery of your orders.
