We want you to absolutely love what you ordered. But if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it easy!

Returns:

We have a strict ‘NO RETURNS’ policy.

We understand that sometimes you might not be satisfied with the product you’ve received or feel that it differs from what was shown. However, we do not accept returns in such cases.

Exchanges:

Exchanges are only possible under the following conditions:

1. If the product is damaged or defective (please note, minor issues like one or two small thread pulls do not qualify).
2. If you received a different color than what you ordered.

Exchange Process:

To ensure a smooth exchange, please follow these steps:

1. While opening the package, record an uncut, continuous video of the unpacking process. The video must be unedited, showing the condition of the product at the time of unboxing.
2. If the product has any damage or defect, or if you received the wrong color, notify us via  Phone : +91 75988 66673, WhatsApp : 75988 66673 or

3. The product must be in its original condition—unworn and unwashed.
4. If your exchange is approved, you will be asked to ship the item back to us. Please ensure the item is securely packed for shipping.
5. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the exchange criteria.
6. If the exchange is approved, we will ship the replacement item to you.
7. If the replacement product is unavailable, we will initiate a refund within 2 working days.
