At Thooriga, we take utmost care to deliver quality products to our customers. However, if you wish to exchange a product, please read our policy carefully:
- Eligibility for Exchange
- Exchanges are accepted within 2 working days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
- Opening video is compulsory for any exchange or damage claim and must be shared within 24 hours of delivery.
- Products Not Eligible for Exchange
- Products with falls, edges, blouse detachment, or any alterations done as per your request.
- Colour differences or material feel will not be accepted as reasons for exchange.
- Products purchased during Sale or Deal Price offers are not eligible for exchange.
- Exchange Process
- To initiate an exchange, email us at thoorigatry@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 75988 66673 with your Order Details, reason for exchange, and opening video within 2 working days of receiving your product.
- Upon approval, you must ship the product back to us at your own cost. Shipping charges for returning items are non-refundable.
- After Receiving Your Product
- Once we receive and inspect the product, we will dispatch the exchanged product to you.
- Alternatively, if the exchange product is unavailable, we will issue a Gift Voucher valid for 6 months, which can be used on your next purchase.
- Additional Notes
- Thooriga is not responsible for any damage caused after purchase due to rain, stains, incorrect cleaning, mishandling, or wear and tear.
