• Thooriga is not responsible for payment failures due to banking or third-party issues.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping charges vary based on weight and location. Details are available in our Shipping Policy.
• Orders are typically delivered within 7 business days, though delays may occur due to courier issues or high demand.
• International shipping is available upon request. Please contact us directly to place an international order.

5. Return & Exchange Policy

• We follow a strict NO RETURNS policy.
• Exchanges are only allowed for:
  • Damaged or defective items (excluding minor thread pulls)
  • Wrong product color delivered

To request an exchange:

• A clear unboxing video must be provided
• Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
• Items must be in unused, unwashed, and original condition

Approved exchanges will be processed after the product is returned and inspected. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, including images, logos, designs, and text, is the property of Thooriga
• You may not reproduce or use any content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
